As a result of COVID-19, we are taking all the necessary safety precautions.

Items that have been soiled and worn are not eligible for return. However, if you have a defected item or need to make a return, please email us within 15 days of purchase for instructions at

We thank you for continuing to shop with us and for understanding that your safety comes first to us.  We also want to thank you for continuing to shop with us during this time.

We strongly recommend choosing your items according to the sizing guidelines below the selected item before purchasing to ensure accurate sizing. 

Please look at your item(s) as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think you have received a defected item, pleases contact at within 3 days.  

We will then ask that you send a photo of the defect so that we can then send instructions on your return and issue you an exchange or refund. We want you to be happy!

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Please note, for credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

All shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the product is damaged in any way other than what was noted, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Although it’s very rare, mistakes do happen so if you believe you have received the wrong order please email us at ASAP so we can rectify the issue immediately.
